Club Pilates
Location: Cedar Park & Round Rock, TX
Worked with tenant representative and franchise team on preliminary design and layouts for two separate project sites, as well as help establish design criteria and requirements. Coordinated full team of design professionals including M/E/P, Structural and when needed, Civil engineers to fully develop a set of construction documents for biding and permitting purposes. Assisted Club Pilates in vetting contractors, and aided during the construction/build-out under construction administration.
Essex Testing
Location: Verona, NJ
Worked closely with Essex Testing in assessing two separate expansion spaces within an existing office building. Simultaneously, a reorganization and renovation of their current 7,2000 sf space is in design which includes a new reception area, new upgraded finishes, furnishings and lighting, as well as new custom millwork throughout the existing offices and lab areas.
Private Practice
Location: Verona, NJ
Design for a single doctor’s office in a dubbed ‘unusable leftover’ tenant space within a multi-tenant medical office building. Challenging design and build-out to accommodate the needs of the doctor while providing a code-compliant and inviting environment.
SMDC was involved from initial conditions survey through material and color selections, through construction administration and final walk-through.
